Terms of Service
Last updated: March 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Antopsis platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Antopsis ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Each account belongs to an organization. Organization administrators are responsible for managing members, billing, and compliance with these Terms for their organization.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Stream, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise). Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- If payment fails, we may suspend access after a reasonable grace period
4. Streaming Hours & Usage Limits
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of streaming hours (live ingest time). Usage is calculated from the time a stream starts publishing to when it stops, rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Basic: 100 hours/month
- Pro: 500 hours/month
- Enterprise: 2,000 hours/month
If you exceed your monthly streaming hours, new streams will be rejected until the next billing cycle or until you purchase additional hours. Add-on hour packs (50 hours for $15) are available as one-time purchases and do not expire at month end.
Additional plan limits (concurrent streams, concurrent viewers, restream targets) are enforced as described in your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend service if usage patterns suggest abuse or circumvention of limits.
5. Content Ownership & License
You retain all rights to the content you stream through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transcode, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service. When you delete your content or account, we will remove your content from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Restreaming & Third-Party Platforms
The Service allows you to forward your streams to third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.). You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antopsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antopsis from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
